At Red Owl Academy Physical Activity is an important part of our daily routine. It helps build strong bones and muscles reducing symptoms of anxiety, it improves the attention and concentration. Child’s body doesn’t know the difference between Play or Exercise, but their mind tells them for sure when they’re having Fun!
